It is possible to have an Excel application developed with VSTO 2005 to be
distributed without the end user has a Microsoft licence of Excel?

How does it work?

No, this is NOT possible. Any solution - of any kind, written in any language
- that uses a Micrsoft Office application REQUIRES that the Office
application be installed and licensed on the client machine. There is no
"runtime" equivalent of Office applications.
